Regarding the memory of past people and events on earth the Bible teaches, "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away" (Revelation 21:4).  Therefore, the Bible makes it perfectly clear that believers will not sorrow   nor cry over past earthly people and events.  This is just the beginning of God's majestic rewards for His blood bought (redeemed) people.
